Notice to the Public: The Registry of Companies will not be open to the public on Friday 24th July 2015.
Secure Access to the ROC Online System: Kindly note that we are always taking all the necessary precautions in order to protect from various security flaws like the most recent FREAK vulnerability (CVE-2015-0204) and others.
However users of the ROC Online System are encouraged to upgrade to the most recent version of the browser and install any patches that are available from time to time. Access from computers with old operating systems
and/or internet browsers (E.g. IE6 or IE8 on Win XP), that in turn try to establish a connection with the ROC Online system using a lower protocol version, will be considered as vulnerable connections and will be automatically rejected by the system.
In such cases we recommend to update to a more recent version of the operating system and/or browser. For generic use of the ROC Online system, all recent operating systems/browsers are supported while for online filing services a recent version of Internet Explorer 32-bit (x86) and the latest Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 32-bit (x86) is recommended.
Online Filing Services: The ROC Online System allows for the online filing of company documents that have been signed electronically using a personal digital certificate. For Authorised Users to be able to sign company documents online, they are kindly requested to download and install the E-Lock Client Signing Component. For more details on the online filing services check the Online Filing Information area and the ROC Online Filing Services Guide namely Section 1.4 - E-Lock Client Signing Component.
