Joseph Caruana, B.A. (Hons) Bus. Mgt., F.I.A., C.P.A. has been appointed Registrar of Companies with effect from the 1st December 2011. Mr Caruana succeeds Dr Anton Bartolo LL.D. who has taken up new responsibilities within the Malta Financial Services Authority. The Registrar of Companies is appointed by the Minister of Finance, the Economy and Investment in accordance with Article 400 of the Companies Act (Chapter 386 of the Laws of Malta).
Important Notice - Online Filing Functionality: A better and improved electronic signing process has been deployed to the ROC Online System. For Authorised Users to be able to sign company documents online, they are kindly requested to download and install the E-Lock Client Signing Component Download provided for free. Please make sure to have administrative rights on your computer before proceeding with this installation. After installation, you are kindly requested to re-register your digital certificate with the ROC Online System.
