Important Notice - Online Filing Functionality: The general public is informed that in order to carry out important system upgrades, the electronic filing of documents online, including electronic filing of Annual Returns and Memoranda & Articles of Association for new companies, shall not be available between the 27th September and the 3rd October (both dates inclusive). The online filing functionality will be available once again as from the 4th October. All other online services shall continue to be available during this period.
